Before officially beginning your term of office, there are a few required steps to complete. Please review the information below carefully to ensure that all requirements are fulfilled promptly.

Step 1: Read/review the following governance documents:

Step 2: Complete the following forms before June 30, 2025:
- Conflict of Interest - 2026
- form is required for all active volunteers serving on a volunteer group.
- A new form must be completed annually during your term.
- You must also submit an updated form if your conflict status changes at any point during the year.
- Confidentiality Agreement
- Volunteer Roster 2026
